Come out for the fun themed Yoga training walk and talk in Solana
Beach. Learn how yoga is used during cancer treatment to restore
balance, boost the immune system and aid in general well-being.
Our yoga instructor, Georgia, will work us through yoga stretches after
our walk and discuss the benefits of yoga to both those dealing with
cancer and their caregivers.
