Do NOT choose to be assigned a random roommate if you will need to change your choice later. If your roommate isn’t ready for pairing or you’re waiting for your team to choose roommates, exit this step now and return to it when you are ready to select your roommate. You may choose to have 1, 2 or 3 roommates (2-4 participants total per room). Keep in mind that having more roommates in one room allows us to return more money to the cause. We cannot accommodate requests for adjoining or nearby rooms. Select which 3-Day participants will be sharing your hotel room.

Search Tips: If you can’t find your roommate in the search, enter just the first few letters of their name. Participants who have not yet met their fundraising requirement or who have already been paired with a roommate will not appear in the search results. 1-Day Walkers and Youth Corps members will not appear in the search results. 2-Day Walkers must select another 2-Day Walker as their roommate if there are only two participants in the room. 2-Day Walkers may room with 3-Day Walkers or crew members if there are 3-4 participants total in the room. If you’re waiting for your roommate to finish their fundraising before completing check-in, remind them, walkers have the option to make a delayed donation to their own fundraising account, which will not be charged until after the event, giving them plenty of time to continue fundraising. Once they have made that delayed donation, you can select them as a roommate and secure your hotel room.

Important Notes: People who are not 3-Day participants may not stay in a 3-Day hotel room Friday or Saturday night. Walkers under 18 must select their parent/guardian who is also participating in the event as their roommate.
