Training Walk Leader Agreement Form
- Susan G. Komen is committed to supporting breast cancer awareness and research. However, we wish to clarify our role concerning participant-led training walk events organized by third parties. Komen does not organize, sponsor, or oversee any participant-led training walk events. These events are independently organized by third parties, and Komen assumes no responsibility for their planning, execution, or safety measures.
- Any use of Komen's name, logo, or branding in connection with these events is not an indication of sponsorship or endorsement. Organizers are required to include a statement clarifying that the event is not affiliated with or managed by Komen.
- Participants in these events should be aware that Komen is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur. Participants are encouraged to exercise caution and ensure their safety during the event.
- By participating in or organizing a participant-led training walk event, individuals acknowledge and agree to these terms. Komen reserves the right to request the removal of its branding from any materials that do not comply with these guidelines.
- Training Walk Leader Guidelines are provided as a resource for individuals independently organizing training walks in support of the Susan G. Komen 3-DayⓇ. Komen does not organize, sponsor, or oversee these events and assumes no responsibility for their planning, execution, or safety. All responsibilities for the event, including participant safety and logistics, rest solely with the independent organizer.
