6 am start for New England walkers to do 6 miles. Back to start at 8 am gor Dallas walkers to join for 4 miles. We will not be returning to start at 7 am
All walking levels, individuals and teams are welcome. The route can be adjusted as needed for time, distance or staying more in the shade. Feel free to invite friends or family for all or part of any training walk. There will be breaks and opportunities to loop back to your car. Many of our regular walkers don't sign up but there are usually at least 10 walkers. Remember water, sports drink, sunscreen, snacks for longer walks, or money if you want to buy drinks or snacks.
