It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to do this. That’s why I’m walking and why I’m raising money – to end breast cancer forever.

During my twenties, I participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. I walked 39.3 miles in NYC (twice), Atlanta, Boston and San Francisco. I did it then to honor loved ones lost to Breast Cancer and after a 10+ year hiatus, I'm doing it again to honor and remember even more loved ones. Especially my beautiful cousin-in-law, Danielle, who was taken from us far too soon.
