Dear Friends and Family,

I am reaching out to share my journey as a breast cancer survivor and to invite you to join me in supporting a cause that has profoundly impacted my life. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I felt a whirlwind of emotions: fear, uncertainty, and a desperate need for hope. But throughout my journey, I found strength in the support of my loved ones and the invaluable resources provided by the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Together, we raised over $5000 in 2024 and I was honored to walk with over 800 individuals who have been touched by breast cancer. I was able to share my story during the opening ceremony and increase awareness of the disparity in treatment and screening. Now, I want to give back again. 

Once again, I am raising funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation to ensure that others have the same support I did. Your donations will help fund critical research, provide financial assistance to those in need, and support educational programs that raise awareness about breast cancer. Thanks to their research funding, advocacy, and community programs, countless women and men have access to life-saving screenings, treatments, and support. The Komen Foundation's commitment to ending breast cancer has made a real difference in the lives of many, including mine.

Please support me as I once again commit to this incredible challenge. The Susan G. Komen 60 mile walk is over the course of three days. It was hard, but not as hard as hearing the diagnosis, going through treatment, looking at my scars every day, and trying to accept my new self, while still mourning my old life.
