Please support me as I commit to an incredible challenge. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to do this.
My name is Ethan Marmolejos Senczuk. I am 11 years old. I am a 6th grade student at Ransom Everglades. I am a member of Susan G. Komen 3-day Youth Corps. Youth Corps is a selected group of young people (10-16 years old) who participate as crew members on the event. I will be participating in the Dallas/Ft.Worth event.
I was inspired to participate in the event by my elementary English school teacher- Mrs. Ellen Khan, who is very dedicated to this cause. My family was affected by breast cancer as well. My grandmother, her mother and all her sisters passed away from breast cancer. WE MUST COME TOGETHER IN EVERY WAY WE CAN TO FIGHT THIS CAUSE.That’s why I’m raising money – to end breast cancer forever.
"CANCER IS A WORD NOT A SENTENCE"
Please help me raise $500 for this honorable cause.
I really appreciate your contributions.
Thank you in advance from the bottom of my heart.
Ethan
