When the Susan G. Komen 3-Day® comes to town, the whole community rallies! Cheering stations and squads of all sizes energize and inspire the walkers and spread 3-Day® spirit.
Preparing for and participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-DayŽ is a big job. Ask any walker or crew member and they’ll tell you they could never accomplish this amazing feat without the help of others. Want to get your local business involved? We welcome businesses and community groups to join in and make a difference!
Getting mail at the 3-Day can provide a big boost to a participant’s spirits after a long day of walking. Take a few minutes to write a note that will brighten their Komen 3-Day experience! Send your letters to our P.O. Box and we’ll deliver them to camp for participants to pick up.
For a $10 donation, the 3-Day will put together a custom notecard with your personal message along with a custom 3-Day mini chocolate bar for the participant to pick up at the 3-Day Lounge on Friday or Saturday evening.
For a $15 donation, we will put your message (limit 150 characters) up on our Video Wall at camp for everyone to see. This message will be displayed several times throughout the weekend for your 3-Day participant to see your support. Or for $20, you can send both a sweet treat and a slide show shout out.

We need YOU to help support The 3-Day! There are plenty of opportunities to get involved, from volunteering at the Finish Line Festival on Sunday to cheering on walkers along the route. Rally your crew and organize a private cheering station to give our walkers the extra boost they need! Gather a group of up to 20 people to create your own celebration along the route—cheer them on, lift their spirits, and help them push through to the finish line. Mobile Cheering Squads
Help rev up excitement for our walkers with a Mobile Cheering Squad! These small, spirited teams (fewer than four people) are the heartbeat of our 3-Day community support. Ready to join the fun and inspire our walkers along the way? Rally your squad and email us at 2025coaches@the3day.org with the subject line: “Mobile Cheering Squad Inquiry” to get started!
Please note, some sections of the route are designated “quiet zones,” marked by signage. Please respect our neighborhoods and communities during this part of the route.

The Finish Line Festival kicks off at 12:00 p.m. on the Sunday of event weekend, where walkers and crew will be greeted like the heroes they are after their incredible 3-Day journey. Expect cheers, smiles, and non-stop energy! The excitement ramps up as we head into the unforgettable Closing Ceremony at 4:00 p.m. It’s the perfect way to cap off an amazing weekend!
