- Often, blisters are not caused by your shoes, but by socks that are wrinkled, damp or bunched up.

- We recommend socks that are made of a synthetic material, or a cotton and synthetic blend. Socks that are 100% cotton retain moisture and also tend to stretch out and lose their shape.
