Please support me as I commit to an incredible challenge. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to do this. That’s why I’m walking and why I’m raising money – to end breast cancer forever. I recently lost my Stepmom ( Jackie ) to brain cancer on June 10th 2025. She was 77 years old. My dad is devastated by her loss. This is a very hard time in my family right now. We are taking it one day at a time. Last year I walked in Jackie’s honor fundraising $18K and being awarded the top Rookie individual fundraiser of the year. This year I will be walking in her memory. This year I want to be the top individual fundraiser. Last year’s top individual fundraiser raised over $56K. This year my fundraising goal is $60K. I want to give Cancer a big punch in the mouth to let cancer know that it was not okay to take my stepmom away. I am reaching out to my Rancho Valencia family of 13 years to help me reach this incredible lofty individual goal of $60K. I started off the fundraising with a personal donation of $585. I also will be walking all 3 days (60 miles) this year. I will be walking with the strength and determination of my stepmom Jackie. She will be with me every step of the way. Please help me punch cancer in the mouth and let’s take that top honor to let cancer know we are not messing around. Thank you for your support for another years walk.
