Please support me as I commit to an incredible challenge. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to do this. That’s why I’m walking and why I’m raising money to end breast cancer forever.

Frances, or Kitina as many knew her, was an extraordinary human being. Kitina was my aunt, and a few years ago, she faced her second battle with breast cancer. Yet through it all, she never lost her faith or hope. She was deeply involved with Susan G. Komen, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for this devastating disease. Kitina participated twice in the 3-Day Walk, one of the largest fundraising events organized by Susan G. Komen. Her very first 3-Day was in Tampa, the city where she lived for many years and where half of our family lives today.
This year, I am honored to participate once again in the 3-Day Walk, this time in Tampa. To join, I need to reach my fundraising goal. Over the course of three days, I will walk 60 miles, inspired by the strength and resilience of my aunt. Though she is no longer physically with us, I know Kitina will be with me in spirit, walking alongside me every step of the way.
Help me reach my goal and contribute to a world without cancer. Together, we can make a difference.
