I'm walking because breast cancer shouldn't get the final word. 

I'm currently in the fight, facing triple negative breast cancer head-on, but when I cross that finish line, in November of 2026, I'll be walking as a survivor. This journey is about more than my story; it's about funding research that leads to better outcomes and making sure every person has access to the care they deserve. 

Until we end breast cancer for good, I'm walking for progress, for hope, and for every person who's ever heard the words "you have breast cancer."  Together, we can make sure those words are followed by "and you are going to be okay."
