Time flies! In 2011 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then I started walking in the Komen 3-Day series. The 3-Day is a 60 mile walk over the course of 3 days to raise funds to end breast cancer.

Yes, 60 miles sound impossible. But training for the 3-Day has been a blessing to me both physically and mentally. I’ve learned about commitment and made life long friends with my Pink Ninja teammates. But unfortunately, we lost our Pink Ninja sista Lois last year.

I am done fundraising for my 2025 walks in Boston and San Diego. Now I am fundraising for my 2026 walk in Tampa Bay which will be my  15th walk. Thank you for your support of cancer research.
