2026 Boston 3-Day: Miss Alexandra S Neitlich

Update:

More than half way to my $3,000 goal! Update on my sister Kirsten, she was able to completed 5 of 6 rounds of chemo but due to pneumonia, ended up in the hospital and was unable to do the last round. She's doing much better now, thanks to a lot of antibiotics and an insane amount of prednisone! Now we wait. Surgery is scheduled for Feb. 27.

Hi friends,

In August, I'll be lacing up my sneakers for my 9th Susan G. Komen 3-Day walk in Boston - a 60-mile journey over three days to help end breast cancer.

In 2021, I walked for my sister, Kirsten, after she was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. She went through a double mastectomy followed by months of chemo with incredible strength. This year, I'm walking for her again - because her fight isn't over.

This past June, we learned her cancer had returned as metastatic adenocarcinoma. She just completed her 4th of 6 rounds of chemo. In February she'll face surgery and then 30 rounds of radiation. Every single step I take will be for her. And for you. Because we all know someone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.
