The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. In 2025, I had amazing experiences participating in two events (Boston and San Diego) and met so many wonderful friends (and connected with long time 3-Day friends) along the way. I was the Top Crew Fundraiser in Boston in 2025, and hope to accomplish this in 2026!! This will be my 9th year crewing, and my 19th year participating in this amazing event! I will be heading to Boston in August 2026 to Crew at the 3-Day for the 5th time!!

Komen has a Bold Goal – to reduce the current number of breast cancer deaths by 50% in the U.S. by 2026. That’s why I’m walking and raising money – to make that goal a reality.
