I have signed up for my 17th Susan G. Komen 3-Day! I have had such incredible experiences doing the 3-Day the last 16 years that I'm going back for more, however I can't do it without you!  I have raised over $400,000 and would like to get to at least $500,000 this year.

It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to continue to do this. That’s why I’m walking and why I’m raising money – to end breast cancer forever!

My mom and my aunt are both breast cancer survivors.  Every year I learn of additional family and friends that have been diagnosed and are fighting and beating the disease!  My guess is that each of you knows someone touched by the disease.  I can only hope that whoever you know has been as lucky as my mom, my aunt, and my friends.  This walk and fundraiser is a way to honor the survivors, remember those who didn't survive and make sure everyone can be cured!

One person is diagnosed with breast cancer every three minutes in the United States. That's why I'm walking so far. To do something bold about breast cancer. I hope that you'll share this incredible adventure with me - by supporting me in my fundraising efforts.
