Breast cancer has woven itself into the story of my family, but it has not defined us. My mother is a survivor — a living, breathing reminder of strength, resilience, and the importance of continued research and support. I walk for her. I walk for a cure. And I walk so that my daughter and my granddaughters may live in a world where breast cancer is no longer a fear they must face.
The Susan G. Komen 3-Day has been a meaningful part of my life for many years. In the past, I’ve completed the full 60 miles across three days — each step a tribute to the women we’ve lost, the warriors still fighting, and the survivors who inspire us all. For the 2026 event, I’ve committed to walking 20 miles in one day, but the mission remains just as powerful and personal.
Your donations and encouragement mean more than you know. Every dollar helps fund research, education, and support for those affected by breast cancer. Thank you for standing with me, supporting this cause, and helping move us closer to a world without breast cancer. This is a journey of hope, and I’m grateful to have you walking alongside me.
