Alright, y’all, listen up!
I’ve officially signed up for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, which means I’ll be strutting my stuff for 60 miles over three days. Yep, you heard that right SIXTY MILES. My feet are already filing a formal complaint.
But here’s the thing, as much as my legs are gonna scream, it’s nothing compared to what breast cancer warriors go through. It’s not as brutal as chemo, not as gut-wrenching as bad news from a scan, and definitely not as heartbreaking as saying goodbye to someone you love.
So, why am I doing this? Because we need to kick breast cancer right where it hurts – and that means raising funds to end it for good. I’ll walk, I’ll complain (a little), and I’ll keep moving because we’re fighting for a world where breast cancer is just a distant memory.
Wanna support me? Cheer me on? Maybe even sponsor a blister bandage or two? Donate now and let’s show cancer who’s boss!
