For the third year in a row, the Millermans are joining Peggy and the flamboyance of Wild Women Walking For a Cure at the Susan G Komen 3-Day Walk in San Diego November 14-16th. Walking the last 2 years in the company of the friends, cheerleaders, and survivors who intimately knew and loved Maureen invited more than a few tears. But it was also an extremely joyous camaraderie. Beyond the pictures and buttons and headgear and fireball as physical reminders, I felt her there among us. Even in death her inclination and ability to be inclusive pulls so many into the same orbit from the Del Mar Fairgrounds to Waterfront Park.
Please help manufacture the hope for current and future survivors that each dollar fundraised and each mile walked creates. Please continue to power the economic engine that the Susan G Komen foundation electrified forty years ago and counting.
Please donate to Randi and I's page to connect us to the cause that animated Maureen and continues to rally the Wild Women Walking for a cure.
