This walk is personal to me.

In December 2014, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She went in for a routine mammogram and a lump was found. Then came the tests and the ugly word breast cancer was spoken. Thankfully it was found early! She had surgery in January 2015 followed by radiation to which now I can say she is a SURVIVOR!!! I am walking to continue celebrating my mother being a survivor.

Each year I also continue to walk also in hopes Hatton & Reagan will one day not have to fear breast cancer. They are the future. And I do not want their future to have breast cancer in it.

This year, I continue to have the honor of walking with the "Feet to Beat Breast Cancer" team which is one of the most incredible group of women who's passion and dedication to fighting breast cancer is unwavering and truly inspiring!!

I am truly honored to walk in honor of a mother, sister, aunts, dad, son, father, friend, co-worker, or anyone else! In making your donation please let me know their name and I will add them to my list to keep close to my heart and in my thoughts as I walk those wonderful and fabulous 60 miles :)
