Yes – I am walking again, and it will be my 16th year participating in the Susan G Komen 60 Mile, 3-Day Walk and I would love your support and encouragement. 

Our team, No Mercy for Breast Cancer, is walking in Boston in August, so we are anticipating hot weather!  We last walked in Boston in 2019 and the route was excellent, so we are looking forward to returning and all the great support from the community.

Thanks to all of you, this year I will achieve the $100,000 fundraising milestone from all your previous years support.  However, despite all the progress, nearly 320,000 people in the U.S. are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2025 and one in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. I am raising funds to ensure those diagnosed have access to early detection and treatment on their journey and a cure is still the goal.

Due to generous contributions from you and awareness from this annual 3-day walk, improvements in detection and treatment have been significant over the past 5 years, however there are still so many amazing women who are impacted by breast cancer. 

I really appreciate those that were able to support me last year through encouragement or donations.  Together we are making great strides in this fight against cancer.
