I'll never forget answering the call at work when Leslie's doctor called to let her know she was diagnosed with breast cancer.  

In 2007, I signed up to complete my first 3-day walk, in support of Leslie.​
In 2010, I signed up to complete my second 3-day walk, in support of Leslie's second battle with breast cancer. 
In 2017 I came back to walk the 3day every year, in remembrance of Leslie.    

This year marks my 12th 3day walk and I continue to walk, because I can't walk away from this cause. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Your donation can help fund valuable research, support patient advocacy, and ultimately help find a cure. 

As I train and walk each year, I pray that all those we know and love never hear those horrible words "you have breast cancer."
