I'm participated in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day in honor of my sister-in-law Helen, who was recently diagnosed and is bravely going through treatment, and my dear friend Lindsay, who recently fought the fight against this terrible disease. I'm walking 60 miles in three days. It's a challenge but nothing compared to what these women and so many more are going through. 

It will be hard, but it's not as hard as breast cancer. It's not as hard as chemo. It's not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It's not as hard as saying goodbye.
