It is amazing to me how far we have come in the fight against breast cancer. My mom was diagnosed in 2017 and her treatment was cutting edge for the time but was and is still, not an easy fight. Fast forward to 2025 and I received my diagnosis. In just that short time, the early detection tools helped me catch the cancer at stage 0.  

Let's end breast cancer forever. I am participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day walk. This is a 60 mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but not as hard as breast cancer. It's not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It's not as hard as chemo. It's not as hard as saying goodbye.

That is why I am walking and raising money - to end breast cancer forever.
