Who am I fighting for?
I am asking you to donate to help amazing women like my Biology teacher, Mrs. Taylor. She's the kind and amazing teacher to one of my favorite subjects! At the time she was diagnosed, I didn't know her well. But getting to know her throughout my 8th grade school year has proved one thing: She, and every other woman who has gone through, is going through, or will go through this disease shouldn't. They are the parents, aunts, and teachers that need your support.
Thankfully, she has been cancer free for a couple months now, but there are still countless others I want to help.
Thank you so much for coming to my website to donate! As a returning Youth Corps member, I want to positively impact the community around me, so that no one has to go through Breast Cancer. The money donated here will fund the research and efforts to end this epidemic, hopefully leading the way to end not only the one I'm asking you to donate toward now, but others as well. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60 mile walk over 3 days to support the warriors fighting this condition. The walkers show their support and love by raising money (like the Youth Corps) and taking each day one step at a time. My job will be to aid them during the event, spreading joy and smiles along the way.
Nothing is more difficult than having to feel the pain and loss that comes with every cancer. That is the reason I want to advocate this cause, to end Breast Cancer forever.
THANK YOU for any and every donation you make! It doesn't have to be a big one, but every single one counts.
