Please support me as I commit to a third year of this incredible challenge, a 60-mile walk for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, in memory of Julie Blythe and Cathy Kenyon. It will be difficult, but it won't be as hard as fighting breast cancer. It won't be as hard as undergoing chemo and radiation. It won't be as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It won't be as hard as saying goodbye which sadly I had to do this past June 6, to my sister in law Julie, who fought till the end.

We walk because we must. We walk for ourselves, our sisters, our mothers, our fathers, our daughters, our sons, and our friends. We can't just sit idly by while breast cancer still exists in the world. Since 2003, the Susan G. Komen organization has raised over $915 million to save lives, support community programs, and make big strides in research and access to breast cancer care.
