In 2009, I heard the word that no one expects to hear, "you have breast cancer".  On that day, I became a fighter.  I fought through my many treatments and came out a much stronger person.  I continue fighting to remove those words from the vocabulary of doctors everywhere.

One in eight women in the US will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.  Do you have eight women in your family and circle of friends?  Has one of them been affected?  Join me in my fight against this horrible disease.
