Two new patella’s, one hip, and two feet fixed. Now I can really walk 60 miles! But to do that I need your support as I commit to this incredible challenge. I have registered for the Susan G. Komen (SGK) 3-Day walk in San Diego. In November 2024, I will once again walk with my team the AwareWolves.

To date, our team has raised over $500,000 to help find a cure for breast cancer and to support those going through treatment. We thank you all sincerely! Since 2003, SGK has raised more than $889M. Here are some of the things Susan G. Komen does with our donations and reasons why I continue to fundraise and walk.

RESEARCH - Increase access to and participation in clinical trials.

CARE - Help with transportation, childcare and more so patients can focus on treatment.

COMMUNITY - Support survivors, caregivers and those living with metastatic breast cancer.

ACTION - Educate health care providers, policymakers, opinion leaders and the public on the burden of breast cancer.

Every step we take and every dollar we raise matters. We do this for everyone. Our wish is A World Without Breast Cancer.
