Hello Family and Friends,
As most of you know, I will be walking the Susan G. Komen 3-Day on November 17-19 with my team "For Family". This will be my third time doing this even. Our Team is back together to Honor our Sister Lisa Camaclang. She was first diagnosed with Breast Cancer on October 1, 2001 and has been in remission from Breast Cancer for twenty-one (21) years. She has walked in thirteen (13) 3-Day walk, so this year will be her fourteenth (14th). On October 18th last year, Lisa was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. Therefore, her battle with Cancer begins again.
We have all been touched by cancer in some way. Within my immediate Family, my mom was diagnosed with Lung Cancer on June 8, 2012 and passed away July 26, 2012. It is certainly tough watching a person you love battle any time of Cancer, most especially a Family member.
So, in short, this is wht I am doing the 3-Day walk again.
If you could, please support me as I commit to an incredible challenge. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three (3) days. It will be hard, but not as hard as battle cancer. It's not as hard as handling chemo. It's not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It's not as hard as saying goodbye. That is why I know I have to do this. That's why I committed. That's why I'm walking and why I'm raising money - to end breast cancer forever!
Every little bit will help this Cause. If you are unable to donate monetarily, we ask for your Prayers and good thoughts for my Sister Lisa and all those who battle this horrible disease.
Thank you for spending time out of your busy life to read my page.
Sean
