Please consider supporting me as I commit to the challenge again this year to help end breast cancer. I am walking one day in the San Diego Susan G. Komen 3-Day (20 miles) in hopes that the "HARD" will be gone someday. Being diagnosed with breast cancer is HARD. Having conversations with your loved one is HARD. The fear is HARD. Chemo is HARD. Surgery is HARD. Losing your hair is HARD. Bad news at your latest scan is HARD. Learning to live again as a survivor is HARD. Saying goodbye, that isn't just HARD, it is heart shattering and devastating. THIS IS WHY I KNOW I HAVE TO DO THIS! This is why I commit. This is why I’m walking and why I’m raising money to help find an end to breast cancer.
I walk for my daughter, so she never has to walk.
I walk for grandmother and friends who no longer can.
I walk for my friends and family that have or still continue to fight. They are all so incredibly strong that I am in awe of them.
Please consider supporting THEM through me on this journey.
Love and Peace,
Alyssa Pease
