Promises to Keep was started in 2007 at a Komen 3-Day breast cancer walk in San Diego.  16 years later, we have raised over $500k for cancer research, treatment, advocacy and community support programs. We continue to walk and to fundraise because cancer continues to affect people we know.  The Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. We won't stop until breast cancer does.
