This year to honor my sister, Leslie, my Mother Dot and my maternal aunt Jean, I am walking solo.  20 miles and much training prior is time for reflection as I approach my 65th birthday (and so my fundraising goal of $6500 with plans to increase it each time I close in on the goal) with so much to be thankful for thanks to these three women.  

Committed to increasing my fundraising goal as support continues to roll in...next stop $8,500.  Your contribution of $25, $50, or $100 is the next step to ending breast cancer.  Ultimately, let's get to $10,000!!!!!!

Gone, yet, not forgotten.

It  will be a hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to do this. That’s why I commit. That’s why I’m walking and why I’m raising money – to end breast cancer forever.
