Join our Medical Crew Captains for an online meeting that will
guide you on how to take care of your body before, during and after
your 3-Day journey. Learn how to prevent blisters, avoid
dehydration and stay healthy! Whether you are walking in 3-Day
Nation or the San Diego 3-Day, our medical team will share their
expertise to keep you movin' and groovin' all 60 miles!
