Please join Coach Tisho for a 5-mile Saturday morning walk on the Silver Comet Trail. We will meet outside the restroom facilities at the Mavell Road Trailhead and walk 2.5 miles west before turning around and heading back. Average pace will be about 20 minutes per mile. Limited parking is available in the lot at the trailhead, but is plentiful right up the street at Nickajack Elementary School (4555 Mavell Rd, Smyrna, GA 30082). The trail is paved, fairly flat and mostly shaded. This is an out and back so if you aren't ready for the full distance or need to leave before we are done you can turn around early and do so.

Please bring your water bottle with your hydration (water or a sports drink) and a face covering so that you are prepared for local mandates, especially when indoors.
