This week wasn't my greatest. Not only was it Spring Break week and my son was out of school, but my boyfriend was out of town for the week, plus we were out of town for 3 days. I did get 2 workouts in this week though so all was not lost.
I am noticing that I am getting a little quicker on how fast I am able to complete so many miles, so I'm seeing progress.
I walked a total of 5.78 miles this week. This next coming week I plan on definitely walking a lot more. So far for this current week, starting on 3/31 and today (Monday), I have already logged 6.15 miles! So I am getting back on track! :) I am hoping to walk between 30-40 miles this week!
