I have really started training for this walk this week. I am more determined then ever to not only get in shape (and possibly lose those extra 10 pounds I still have not be able to lose as part of my last 10 of 50 pounds lost!) but to fund raise and get donations for my walk. I think that I would be crushed if I trained this hard and it was all for nothing cause I couldn't walk it.
I have been reaching out not only locally to businesses in my area and places that I frequent, but I have been approached for fundraising ideas where people will donate a certain amount of sales for products sold. It really warms my heart that people want to see me succeed!!
This week isn't completely over yet, but already I have logged a total of 20.86 miles!! I am trying to walk at least 5 miles a day if not more! This walk really means a lot to me! I hope you will help support me and my goal! :) Thank you for all the support!
