Your Susan G. Komen 3‑Day® journey will begin with an inspiring, emotional Opening Ceremony. You’ll walk through the shaded neighborhoods of Seattle's suburbs, and spend two fun-filled nights at our Komen 3‑Day camp, bonding with your fellow walkers. It all culminates in a celebratory Closing Ceremony.
To help you get your fundraising off the ground, you will receive $150 to your fundraising bank, courtesy of our new 3-Day sponsorship, if you register to walk between April 5 - May 2.

Welcome to the Seattle 3‑Day! I have the pleasure of being your participant support coach, answering your phone calls and emails. I have raised more than $34,000 for the 3‑Day, walking sixteen times. The 3‑Day became a part of my life in 2002 after a dear friend lost her battle with breast cancer. Every year since then, my husband and I have shared our 3‑Day journey, and this year we will be walking in our 17th 3‑Day in San Diego. In order to fundraise for two, we decided to turn our love of entertaining into a successful annual fundraising event. Boobpalooza the Concert to Save Second Base, has been wildly successful, and has helped us reach our fundraising goal each year. Since 2002, our 3‑Day team has raised almost $475,000! I look forward to helping you make the most of your 3‑Day experience.
I will be in the Seattle area, working with our amazing participants to help support the efforts of our committed Seattle 3‑Day walkers and teams this year. I have raised nearly $20,000 for the 3‑Day, walking eight times and serving as a crew member once. I would love to be invited to your team meetings, place of business or any extracurricular activities that you frequent so that I may share the 3‑Day with others to spread Komen awareness, support and participation. Having walked, crewed and volunteered for this event since 2010, I am able to share valuable training and fundraising tools with you to help you become successful and feel confident about your 3‑Day journey. Hello and welcome to the Seattle 3‑Day. I am the crew and volunteer coordinator for the Seattle event, and I am your first contact for any crew and volunteer related questions. I’ve been part of the 3‑Day for six years; supporting participants as a coach, putting on the event as part of the tour staff, and now for a third year, working directly with the amazing Seattle crew. I’m excited to be back and I’m looking forward to drawing from my experiences with the 3‑Day to help you make the event the best it can be.
