Friends Fighting for a Cure!! Melanie and Jennifer have been friends and neighbors for 13 years. They have always enjoyed going on walks together. They have a reason to walk. When Melanie's mother was diagnosed and passed away with terminal breast cancer, Jennifer felt helpless and really didn't know how to help her friend. She found a way to help her friend when Melanie told her that she was walking 60 miles in honor of her mother, Darilyn Luhring. She thought 60 miles is a long way in 3 days, but she knew they could do it. Ardella Hansen, another good friend of theirs mother, also passed away from this awful disease. The team is committed to training and to fundraising and are asking for your support to end this life-taking disease. They are looking for people to join their $60 Club.
