Please support me as I take an amazing journey in the fight against breast cancer! This is my second 3-Day walk and decided to be a training walk leader this time around. I personally have been training since April and have logged in many hours of training and one overused pair of sneakers.

The fight against breast cancer is personal for me as it has struck a few women in my family, including my cousin who left behind three amazing daughters and I don't want to see them affected any further by this devastating disease.

I chose to participate in this event because it is a fantastic challenge and combines my love of walking and the fight against breast cancer, two things I am passionate about.

Specifically the Breast Cancer 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. Net proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure and National Philanthropic Trust, funding important breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.

The 3-Day is a fundrasing event and all walkers are required to raise at least $2300 to participate.
