This year I have decided to commit myself to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk. I have joined a dedicated team of friends, moms, sisters, husbands, and extended family to help raise awareness, fund a cure, and support the women in all our lives. This team, Boobs on the Move, was founded by a woman whose friends' and family members' lives had been affected and taken by cancer. Since its founding in 2005, Boobs on the Move has contributed over $125,000 to Susan G. Komen and The Breast Cancer 3Day!

I am specifically walking in honor of Mike’s wonderful grandma, Martha. Martha is a strong, beautiful, kind, and giving woman who is also a breast cancer survivor. I have been fortunate enough to be close to Martha for the past 12 years. She is one of the best wives, mothers, grandmothers, friends, and human beings I have ever come into contact with. I hold her dear to my heart and plan to tackle cancer FOR MARTHA.

Your support is greatly appreciated as I prepare for this 60 mile walk for the cure. Cancer is not something that can be tackled alone, so any type of contribution will be appreciated (monetary, volunteering, walking, donations of all types, etc.).

Over the next months, I will be participating in events, planning fundraisers, and trying to spread the word as much as possible. I truly appreciate any and all support.
