What Am I Doing Besides the 3-Day Walk?

After moving to Colorado almost 2 years ago, my life has been going fantastically well. I currently am the editor of an online magazine for the private bail industry as well as acting as a copywriter and social media coordinator for the company that runs the magazine. I love my job and work for a really great company that allows me to write and really delve into the legal industry. I get to travel all around the country talking and sharing with legal professionals.

Colorado, quite simply, is freakin' awesome. I have done so, so many things out here that I never thought I would do, like camping at a rodeo in Wyoming, attending President Obama's speech at the DNC, climbing 14ers (14,000+ foot peaks), walking to Coors Field to catch a game after work, riding my bike to my office on the regular, visiting breweries galore, and driving in the snow. Though I miss my family and friends back home, I have an amazing support group out here that make Denver my home away from home.

Though I'm not looking forward to the cold weather coming back this winter, one of my goals this year is to *finally* get on a mountain and learn to snowboard. Especially since I have some of the best skiing in the US just down the road from me, and no excuses.

All in all, I am thriving in Denver. I have a fun yet challenging job that is interesting, amazing friends that are always there for me, and a lot of adventures still to be had!
