Eleven years ago, my family lost my grandmother to breast cancer. I will never forget visiting Granny in the hospital and being totally blindsided how this horrible disease had effected her once strong body. I hated seeing her in bed so weak and feeling like there was nothing that I could do. I now how have a chance to "do something." I am honored to be walking with some of the most important women in my life and will be walking in honor of Granny; JoAnn Young.
