Why am I walking?

I grew up hearing about Aunt Barb, but wasn't able to meet her. She died in the 70's of Breast cancer. My father's only sister, a mother to 2 children, a wife, a friend, a daughter. I am walking for Barb, my mom, my sisters, my friends, those who have fought the disease- and lost, and walking along side some who have survived. I am also walking to raise money and awareness, and challenge myself in the process.

Please support me as I take an amazing journey in the fight against breast cancer! The Breast Cancer 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. Net proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure and National Philanthropic Trust, funding important breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.
