Team Las Bombas has been walking the Breast Cancer 3-Day for the last 5 years!
Last year we had the biggest team in Phoenix with 91 members and raised over $190,000!
Five years ago, there were 5 members.
We are an open team but are not focusing on being the biggest one this year. We want to raise awareness through our fundraising events and help each other through the 3-Day journey.
My name is Lisa Pozzoni and I am the team captain. I started walking 5 years ago because my best friend RJ was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am happy to report she is a survivor.
I walk because I believe we can make a difference in beating this terrible disease.
