In 2021, in honor of a dear friend that lost her courageous battle with breast cancer, I participated in the Susan G Komen 3-day, 60-mile walk for the first time.  During the 3-days I was as they say in the “Pink Bubble” and the experience was very impactful, challenging, and rewarding.

After completing this event I had no intention of doing this again, however, several friends wanted to participate in 2022 so who am I to say no and said yes and signed up. In November 2022, my bags were packed, and I was ready to go, however, I got sick and had to stay home. So, guess what, I am now fully committed to doing my 2nd 3-day, 60-mile walk in November 2023.

With the generosity of family and friends, I have been able to raise over $19,000 and this year with your support I hope to raise an additional $15,000. Breast cancer continues to impact the lives of so many that we love and care about and hope that you will consider donating to help in the fight to end breast cancer forever.
