Please support me as I commit to an incredible challenge. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three day in Chicago. I'm walking this in honor of my mom, Joni, who lost her courageous battle with breast/ovarian cancer in October of 2022. My mom was my superhero. She persevered against cancer multiple times throughout multiple decades. In all honesty, I wish that I could do more to honor my mom and cherish her memory. These past few months have been difficult dealing with the grief of losing my mom, and I miss her so much. But I know that she would be so proud of me for participating in this event again. Through the 3-day opportunity, I am able to raise money to help put an end to breast cancer, which has impacted so many people. I have friends and family members that are survivors of breast cancer, and it is important to honor them as well. They are the fighters. They are the true warriors. I'm just doing my part to help stop breast cancer one step at a time. I would truly appreciate any help to get to my goal. Thank you!
