Please support me, or continue to support me, as I commit to an incredible challenge. Like many other people, I lost friends and family members to cancer, including breast cancer.
The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to do this. That’s why I commit. That’s why I’m walking and why I’m raising money – to end breast cancer forever.
The Komen 3-Day in San Diego was canceled last year but I walked a total of 60 miles in 4 days with friends, in Sacramento and Davis areas. This year, the Komen 3-Day walk in San Diego is ON, and I trained every weekend for it. In just over a month, I'll be walking 60 miles on Nov. 19-21 as we fight against breast cancer.
Join me, and thank you!
