My Mom is a 14 year breast cancer survivor. Without the advances in research and treatment from Susan G Komen she may not be here to make memories with us.
2018 will be my 22nd and 23rd 60 mile walks that I have participated in in 14 years and I'm excited to be one more step to finding a cure for breast cancer. I am walking in Dallas, TX and San Diego, CA. Why 2? Because the Dallas walk is on my birthday weekend and I can't think of a better place to have a birthday party than with people that are making a difference in our lives as well as those that aren't even born yet. With each dollar raised we are making a difference in peoples lives with treatment and research. Please support me with a donation.
Please support me as I take on an incredible challenge to make an impact in the fight to end breast cancer. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day® isn’t just a 60-mile walk over the course of three days—it’s a journey to the end of breast cancer. In 2016, Komen announced a Bold Goal—to reduce the current number of breast cancer deaths by 50% in the U.S. by 2026. That’s why I’m walking, and raising money—to make that goal a reality.
It’s hard to put into words how appreciative I am of my supporters and my team. To think this team was formed in 2005 when my Mom became a breast cancer survivor and to see that as a team we have raised over $400k for breast cancer research and treatments in 14 years. We are very honored to have such amazing supporters. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!
