Every 19 seconds, somewhere in the world, a case of breast cancer is diagnosed in a woman! This is one of the reasons why I am walking in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day®, 60 mile walk Challenge. Please help support me as I have decided to take on doing this fundraiser and dedicating it to the memory of my two cousins, Vivian Vanessa Dulcey and Maritza Afanador, who both fought bravely for many years but sadly lost their battles with breast cancer.
The Susan G. Koman foundation has such a special place in my heart because hopefully with enough help and research we will all contribute to ending this terrible illness that takes so many of our loved ones. I am going to raise $2300 for the cause but I do need and appreciate any and all help that you can give. No donation is too big or too small, every single penny counts, is appreciated, and is a blessing. I know that I can reach this goal with the help of my loved ones, family, and their friends. I truly believe that together we can and will make a difference in this fight!
Thank you so much for any and all support that is given. I truly appreciate everyone's help, no matter how "small" you think that it may be. Because every mother, every sister, every daughter...every single woman deserves to know a life free from breast cancer. I will keep everyone updated on my progress as I continue this fundraiser, my training, and I will send you a picture of me at the finish line!
