Please support me as I take on an incredible challenge to make an impact in the fight to end breast cancer. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day® isn’t just a 60-mile walk over the course of three days—it’s a journey to the end of Breast Cancer. This year I will be honoring my dear freind Andrea who was diagnosed with stage IV Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC) last August. Inflammatory Breast Cancer is a rare and very aggressive disease in which cancer cells block lymph vessels in the skin of the breast. After being diagnosed Andrea underwent systemic chemotherapy. 5 months later she had the tumor removed and received a “clear” pathology report with her level moved up to stage IIIc. With this good news her fight continues, as she is currently undergoing daily radiation treatments.
This year I am committing to my courageous friend to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer and the incredibly invasive IBC. By supporting me and this worthy cause you will be demonstrating your commitment to helping make the world free from breast cancer.
In addition, with a minimum donation of $100 I will honor your loved one by wearing their name on a ribbon for the entire 3-Day walk. Please email me with your loved ones name and type of cancer. I will use the appropriate color ribbon for your loved ones type of cancer. Pink=breast, light blue=prostate, teal=ovarian, etc...
Thank you in advance for your support.
